About

Background.
I went to a poor neighbourhood in Monterrey, MEX to find a person who would like to give me his phone number, so I could use it for my performance. I had told him that the performance will take place in a rich person's house and people who will be there, will be allowed to call him from 10 pm to 12 pm. He was informed that that is for an art piece as well. I had promised him, that if he will answer the phone during that time, I will give him 200 pesos. He agreed.

Performance.

4 persons are running to the middle of the square, only one gets in there. Other stays behind the line, but they want to get in. The first person in the line asks for permission to do it for the one in it. She agrees only if he will give her something. He asks for something for the second person in the line, and the second to third. Third person takes off some of his clothes and give them to second, second gives them to first and first gives them to on in side of the square. Girl in the square is not satisfied and asks more. So the first turns to the second.... This repeats for a 3 times until all three persons behind the line has just a little clothes left. The the girl in the square lets the first person in the line to get in. Two people who are left behind the black line also want to get in. They ask what can they do, so they could enter. Those two in the square gives them an order to get some water and bring it to them. Fast. To half naked people running around the art event asking for someone for cups and water. The get and bring them to the ones in the square. After getting the water, two lucky ones glance at each other and pour it on the ones outside the square.

The number.

After the performance, people who were in the event were told, that the number on the wall is from the person who is very poor and they are welcome to call him. Few out of hundred tried. The person didn't replied. After I explained my performance for the public, they suggested me not to pay the person on the phone.
